Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

1. Shipping and Delivery

Blizzcool ships products within the European Union. For delivery, we use various carriers, selected based on the destination area and order type.

The estimated delivery time is 24/48 business hours from order confirmation, barring logistical issues, holidays, high-demand periods, out-of-stock situations, force majeure, or circumstances beyond Blizzcool’s control.

For special or bulky orders, or those with particular conditions, the delivery time may vary. In such cases, the customer will be informed when possible.

2. Shipping Costs

Generally, shipping costs are included in the final product price, provided the order meets the standard weight, volume, and destination conditions established by Blizzcool / Tools Place, S.L.

2.1 Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands Shipments

For shipments within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are included in the product price, provided that:

  • The total order weight does not exceed 40 kg, and

  • The sum of the three dimensions of the package does not exceed 2.50 meters, nor does any single dimension exceed 1.50 meters.

Should an order exceed any of these limits, or due to the product’s special characteristics, Blizzcool will contact the customer to inform them of a possible increase in shipping costs or, if applicable, offer a customized quote before proceeding with the shipment.

2.2 Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

Due to logistical and transport cost reasons, direct sales through the website are not enabled for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

However, both private customers and businesses can request a personalized quote by contacting the sales department, who will provide a proposal tailored to the order conditions.

2.3 Special or Bulky Orders

For special, bulky, or particular orders (due to weight, dimensions, or product nature), shipping costs may not be included in the initially displayed price.

In these cases:

  • The customer will be expressly informed.

  • The order will not be processed without prior acceptance of the applicable shipping conditions.

2.4 Information Before Payment

In all cases, before finalizing the order, the customer can view the total amount, including any applicable shipping costs.

3. Order Receipt

Upon delivery, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and the merchandise.

If you observe:

  • Visible damage to the package.
  • Dents, breakages, or tampering.
  • Incorrect or missing products.

You must notify Blizzcool as soon as possible, through the contact channels indicated on this page, to manage the incident.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Returns will be governed by the provisions in our General Terms of Use and Contracting.

Consumers (B2C)

In accordance with current regulations, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing justification, except in legally excluded cases.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate it through an unequivocal written statement to the indicated email addresses.

General Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition and, when possible, in their original packaging.
  • Once the return is received and the product’s condition verified, a refund will be processed according to the payment method used, in accordance with applicable regulations.
